HearCure offers a 30-day exchange policy. No cash refunds are issued, but we support product exchanges, damage replacements, and warranty claims. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 30-Day Exchange Policy
HearCure does not issue cash refunds. However, we offer a 30-day exchange on eligible products from the date of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the conditions below.
- •You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. No cash refunds are issued.
- •The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- •Exchange is subject to the replacement model being available. If unavailable, a product of equivalent or higher value will be offered with your consent.

- •Shipping charges for exchange are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
2. Why No Cash Refunds?
Hearing aids are medical devices that are programmed and customised to an individual's audiogram and ear canal. For hygiene, safety, and clinical reasons, returned devices cannot be resold or reused. This policy is standard practice across the hearing care industry in India and globally. Exchanges allow us to ensure every customer gets a device that truly fits their needs.
3. Before You Buy
We strongly recommend taking these steps before placing an order:
- •Consult an audiologist to confirm the correct hearing aid model for your hearing profile.

- •Review all product specifications, compatibility, and features on the product page before placing your order.
- •Ask us about a demo or trial session at a partner clinic near you.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives physically damaged in transit or you receive a different product than what you ordered, here is what to do:
- •Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
- •Our team will investigate and verify the claim with the courier and warehouse.
- •Where confirmed, a replacement of the same model will be arranged at no additional cost.
- •If the exact model is unavailable, an equivalent or higher-value replacement will be offered with your consent.
5. Warranty Claims
- •All hearing aids sold on HearCure come with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on brand and model).
- •Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or misuse.
- •Claims are handled through the brand's authorised service centre.
- •Refer to the warranty card included with your product or contact us for claim assistance.
