Conditions specific to hearing aid selection, fitting, trials, warranties, software, and regulatory disclosures when you work with HearCure.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and HearCure Hearing Solutions Private Limited. By using our site, tele-audiology, or in-clinic services, you agree to comply with these hearing-aid-specific terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Hearing Services

  • Clinical hearing assessments, counseling, and recommendation of suitable hearing aids
  • Custom fitting, real-ear verification (when available), and fine-tuning based on your feedback
  • Remote follow-ups via tele-audiology when clinically appropriate
  • Procurement, delivery, and onboarding for prescribed devices and accessories
  • After-sales support for servicing, minor repairs, and coordination with brand service centers

3. Performance & Expectations

  • Outcomes depend on degree/type of loss, device class, earmold/receiver choice, and consistent use
  • Adaptation can take several weeks; perceived benefit varies per individual
  • Environmental noise, reverberation, and wind may limit clarity even with advanced devices
  • Bluetooth and app features depend on your phone OS/version and manufacturer support

4. Fitting, Follow-Up & Care

  • Attend recommended follow-up and fine-tuning visits to optimize benefit
  • Use devices as instructed; improper insertion or open-fit leakage can reduce gain
  • Keep devices dry and clean; moisture, sweat, and debris can damage microphones/receivers
  • Replace domes, wax guards, and earmolds at intervals advised by your audiologist

5. Warranties, Repairs & Loss/Damage

  • Manufacturer warranties cover defects, not loss, theft, or misuse
  • Repair or part replacement timelines are governed by each brand's service network
  • Loss & damage coverage, if available, may require a deductible and police report
  • Loaner devices are subject to availability and may differ from your fitted model

6. Trials, Returns & Hygiene

  • Trial windows and return eligibility follow the brand's and HearCure's stated timelines
  • Devices must be returned in good condition; excessive wear or damage may reduce refunds
  • Hygiene parts (domes, wax guards, earmolds) may be non-refundable once used
  • Refunds are processed after inspection; shipping/handling may be non-refundable

7. Software, Firmware & Connectivity

  • Firmware and feature updates are controlled by manufacturers and may change without notice
  • Some updates require clinic intervention; others occur via the mobile app
  • Connectivity and app performance may vary by phone model, OS updates, and permissions
  • Third-party streaming quality depends on network stability and paired device compatibility

8. Data, Privacy & Remote Care

  • Remote support and app usage may transmit technical data to manufacturers for diagnostics
  • Clinical notes are used to deliver care and are handled under our privacy practices
  • You should secure your phone with a passcode; we are not liable for device-level breaches
  • Consent may be required for tele-audiology sessions and data sharing with OEMs

9. Regulatory & Medical Disclaimers

Hearing aids are medical devices regulated under applicable standards. Use them under professional guidance. They improve audibility but do not cure medical conditions. For sudden loss, pain, vertigo, or tinnitus changes, consult an ENT or physician immediately. Over-the-counter devices, when offered, are not substitutes for clinical diagnosis. Import or regulatory changes can affect model availability or timelines; substitutions of equal or higher value may be offered with your consent.

10. Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping (if applicable) are added at checkout. Financing options, when offered, are provided by third-party partners and subject to their approval and terms. Estimates may change based on earmold type, receiver strength, accessories, or add-on services you request.

Orders are subject to acceptance and inventory. If a selected model is unavailable, we may propose an alternative of equal or greater value at similar or adjusted pricing for your approval.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Hearing aids improve audibility but do not restore normal hearing or cure medical conditions
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use devices
  • Total liability, if any, is limited to the amounts paid to HearCure for the applicable device/service
  • We are not responsible for failures caused by user negligence, unauthorized repairs, or third-party apps

12. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to services or remote support if you violate these Terms, misuse devices, or engage in unlawful activity. Termination does not relieve you of obligations (including payments) incurred before termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these hearing-aid-specific Terms to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or services. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Material changes may be communicated via email or prominent site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
